Meet Chandra.
I began my career as a birth and postpartum doula with a vision of empowerment, the spread of knowledge, and intuition. I want all birthing people to feel empowered by themselves and their choices. My wish is to educate families to make informed decisions for themselves and their new little one. There are so many ways to birth and care for your little one, and everyone should know all options. I believe we all have intuition and our bodies have inherent knowledge, we just need to tune in. My goal is to guide birthing people and new families inward to find their bodies strength, wisdom, and power.
Why moon & sea?
It has long been known that the moon guides women’s cycles, with the full moon often bringing the rise of fertility. Just as the wisdom of nature lies within us, so does the wisdom of birth.
The moon also guides the tides in the ocean, and labor moves like waves. As a surfer and ocean lover, I feel the power and movement of the sea can teach us about the power and movement of birth.
